Dancing Tango - Harmony and Ease in movement with the Alexander Technique

Part 1: Introduction to Alexander Technique and applying the principles to Tangodance
13:00-14:30h. ( after part 1 break 1 hour )

Part 2: Free your arms and legs by strenghtening your back
15:30 -17:00h.

Place: Ateliér, Slezská 48, Praha 2   Price: 700 CZK/ 1 part or 1200 CZK/ both parts
(Saturday night from 20:00 till 24:00 will be Milonga, about place we will inform soon!)

Irmel Weber has danced Tango Argentino since 1984, and is certified teacher of the Alexander Technique. Her dancing style is influenced by her teachers Eduardo Arquimbau, Antonio Todaro and Gustavo Naveira, with continuing education in Neotango. She performs with Michael Rühl and since 1988 she is running her own Tangoschool in Berlin where she is also a trainer of tango teachers. She is specialised in teaching how good use of the body leads to harmonised, coordinated and efficient movements. www.irmelweber.de

Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is a method that works to change (movement) habits. It is a simple and practical method for improving ease and freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination.
